Do I need to register before coming to class?
You don't have to register but I would like you to contact me prior to coming to class in case there is a change like the weather or I have to cancel for an emergency. If possible I would like to meet with you, if not at least talk with you on the phone so I can get to know what your goals are and answer any questions. I would like your contact information including email so I can send you any other information and forms you will need to complete. You will need to sign two waiver forms you can sign when you get to class, one is for my program the other is for the facility. I do understand there may be times when you might want to bring a friend last minute and that is perfectly fine I would love to have you invite your family and friends, if they do come before I speak with them I would appreciate you letting them know to show up at least 10 minutes prior to class so we can meet and get the necessary forms filled out.
I haven't worked out in years - will I be able to keep up?
We welcome ALL fitness levels and I will show various levels of intensity for each exercise. If you need modifications I am always here to help. I will encourage you to work hard but want you to work at your own level, at Her Strength we thrive on creating a positive atmosphere for all our members!
What should I bring with me to class?
All you need is a water bottle, dress comfortably, if it's winter or rains please wear a different pair of shoes to class and then change into your workout shoes when you come so we can avoid getting the mats dirty. Lastly a positive attitude and willingness to work 110% and have fun.
