Congratulations on making the decision that so few people actually follow through with, you are on your way to a new and healthier you.  All you have to do now is download all the documents below.  Follow the directions and the plan and YOU WILL SUCCEED!!

Here's how to get started...Print out the following documents, if you don't already have them, including:

1.  Menus
2. Grocery list
3. Photo and measurement sheet
4. Goal Sheet
5. Starter guide
6. At home workouts
7. Bonus workouts
8. Checklist for readiness
9. Recipes

Then you'll need to:

1.  Thoroughly read over the Starter Guide it will answer many of your questions.

2.  Be sure to have someone take your measurement if we haven't done so already.

3.  Read over the checklist, make sure you've done everyone on it and you will be ready to get started

Here are four success tips I give all my clients that I believe everyone needs to get maximum results from any program.

1.  You need an effective exercise plan.
2. You need a healthy nutrition plan, no fad diets.
3. You need the right nutritional supplements that are safe and effective.
4. You need to be surrounded by people who can and will support you through your journey.

If you have all four of these there is no way you can't reach your goals.  So get moving and never give up.  I love the saying "Winners Never Quit and Quitters Never Win"
