At Her Strength Coaching my job is to make sure you get the program that works for you, whether it's Online Personal Training, Group Fitness or In Person Personal Training

you based on your goals, schedule and needs.

Small Group Fitness

This is for individuals who enjoy small group training and love to be around other women that will encourage and motivate them.  We meet at 5 a.m. class space is limited.

What you get:



Fat burning workouts always changing and challenging - 3x a week - 
Mon/Wed/Fri 5 a.m. 45-60  
Minutes

Monthly assessments and measurements
Facebook Group for recipes and tips
Challenges several times a year

Accountability is key to your success.

Online Personal Training

Are you motivated to work on your own but just need help putting the workouts together, I will put the workouts together for you based on your goals and abilities, we can include nutrition and or meal plans, you'll get weekly text check in's along with bi-weekly check in's via video chat or phone, along with monthly assessments and more.  You will get your workouts via Google docs or an app that you can access all your programs anywhere. This program is like having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost.

This plan is for all fitness levels. 


$130 Month (3 Month Commitment)

Hybrid In Person and Online Training

​If you are self motivated but just need a bit of a push and prefer one to one training
Come in 1 or 2 days a week and get 3-4 workouts to do at home or in the gym
FREE app to track your workouts, nutrition and healthy habits
Accountability daily or weekly
Meal plans if you need them at an additional cost

One day a week in person (3-4 Days at home workouts)
$55 Session
Two days a week in person (3-4 Days at home workouts)
$45 Session
