21 Day Fat Loss Acceleration Challenge!
I participated in the 21 day challenge where we calculated our total caloric needs for the week. We were to keep track of what we ate via some type of food journal. You could have high calorie days and lower calorie days as long as you met your weekly goal. We were asked to try to take 7000 steps a day. This was easy for me. I'm that way out of the way parking person, plus I actually enjoy exercise. We were also aiming to drink half our body weight to a gallon of water daily. During the 21 day challenge, I figured out that if I had a measurable water bottle, it was a lot easier to meet my water goals. I bought a 64oz bottle so I just needed to drink two. Easy math. In order to meet my caloric goals, I read the nutrition labels so I could properly track. While doing this, I discovered that I could do small tweaks to make my food choices a little better. For instance, I switched out two TBS of coffee creamer with 2 TBS almond milk in my coffee. I saved calories and reduced sugar and my coffee still tasted good. Drinking the gallon of water made a huge difference in my bloating stomach that I suffer with. To me, this was huge. Overall, I lost slightly over 2 pounds in the 21 challenge. It is my goal to keep off those two pounds.

21 Day Fat Loss Acceleration Challenge!
I participated throughout the 21 day challenge. I went into it not sure what to expect, but feeling like I have tried so many things what could another 21 days hurt. I set a few goals, track calories using myfitnesspal trying to stay within the calorie range given for calorie cycling, get 10, 000 steps, and drink a gallon of water daily. I submitted before photos and off I went. Probably posted too many questions in too many locations the first week but after that felt like I was doing ok. I participated in the fb group as much as possible and scheduled check in calls. I am not great with the the zoom world as all the virtual meetings tend overwhelm my already crazy work schedule. I found myself noticing small things and then questioning could it be or is this real. Things like being able to stay awake a bit longer in the evening, noticing when sitting down I felt like my stomach looked flatter, legs looked longer, all seemed really crazy. I weighed in a couple of times, I think I started at 214lbs and am now weighing 210lbs. All of these things were exciting but then I took my after 21 day challenge photos and I have NEVER before seen a difference until now and the change was definitely noticeable. I am still in shock, nervous but excited to see what we will accomplish as we continue to work together. I have shared my photos with a few people and am looking forward to sharing with a couple of other individuals that I work with as encouragement to myself and them as I know a few of them have been my supporters and are also looking for success.
